Leadership Programs
The Miami Foundation is proud of the work we do in preparing the next generation of leaders for our community. Each year we conduct four signature programs. Each targets a unique group of people in our community, all of whom are chosen for their dedication and promise to make Miami a better place to live, work and play.

Ruth Shack Leadership Award
The annual Ruth Shack Leadership Award honors individuals under age 40 who reflect ethical leadership, dedication and service to Greater Miami, qualities embodied by president emeritus of The Miami Foundation, Ruth Shack.
The deadline to submit a 2013 nomination has passed. The winner will be recognized at the annual Leave A Legacy Donor Next Door Luncheon on May 8, 2013. Click here to download the guidelines.
