Grant Programs

For more than 45 years, our Fundholders' generous contributions have enabled us to mold Miami's brilliant future through grantmaking.  We have granted more than $190 million in our history to foster a better quality of life for all Miamians.

The Foundation has a new online application portal. All users must register in the new system before they can apply for a grant, even if they have submitted an online application in the past.

Community Grants

Through this signature grant program, the Foundation honors the more than 100 donors who created permanently endowed funds with the Foundation.  We will use the 2014 Our Miami Report in tandem with our Fundholders’ intent to connect their philanthropic legacies with issues currently impacting our community’s quality of life.

The deadline to submit a pre-proposal was Thursday, February 26 at 4 p.m.  Applicants will be notified of whether they are awarded a grant by Monday, June 1.  For questions, please contact Victoria Fear.
